If you're one of the two long-time Summer Vacation readers, you might remember a time long, long ago when I noticed something interesting about a new car I'd bought and wrote about it. If you didn't see this before, you can read it here.
Well. Anyway. As unrelated to that as this is in the big picture, I am feeling pretty darn good about that car today. Turns out that when I sit down to pay the bills this afternoon, I'll be writing the last check needed to pay off the rest of what I owe on my loan, and I'm doing this a year and a half early.
Feeling pretty good about this. It's nice to know that, on occasion, I am able to pull of the kind of thing that normal, responsible adults would aspire to. Just sayin'.
